  • The COO is responsible for executive level strategies, goals and objectives that directly impact the viability and success of business lines, of a mission focused organization.
  • This position is responsible for integrating vision and strategy, and growth alignment of the revenue producing divisions of the company
  • Directly report to CEO

Job Description

  • Lead and optimize all business operations

  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiencies that result in organizational profitability

  • Maximize revenue generation in support of mission activities

  • Develop new business ventures and revenue streams in alignment with strategic plans

  • Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve all relevant key performance metrics

  • Drive organizational capacity by developing and empowering operational leaders to increase their impact to the organization

    The COO must possess a deep commitment to the mission focus of the organization, continuous improvement, strategy development, implementation and development of team members. The ideal candidate believes that rock- solid operations are core for the success of the organization, and will never be satisfied with the status quo.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum educational experience of a Bachelors degree in business or related field; MBA is a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years executive management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership and business development success 

  • High level of Sale skills literacy
